54th Softball Tournament Entry Form

The 54th National Softball Tournament will be held Saturday, August 23, 2008, at Woodhaven Community Fields, 23101 Hall Road, Woodhaven, Michigan.

Dan Gdowski and the committee from Society #718 have activities planned for the players and guests.

Out-of-town players and guests will stay at the Best Western Woodhaven Inn, 21700 West Road (at I-75), Woodhaven, MI, during the tournament. The room rates are $60.00 for queen, $66.00 for king or double queen per night, plus tax.

Make your room reservation with a credit card or one night’s deposit as soon as possible; deadline is August 8, 2008. Note: no more than 4 persons to a room. Contact the Best Western today at 1-734-676-8000; please ask for the P.R.C.U.A. room block when making your reservations.

The enclosed application should be filled out and returned to the Fraternal Department with the correct entry fee, $50.00 per team. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE P.R.C.U.A. MEMBERS. Mark your calendar so as not to forget the date. The entries must be postmarked by August 1, 2008.
